
So today is the 2nd day for working out for me. Now as interesting as this sounds, it will be getting better. Well, for me at least!
I figure I only have about 6 months till summer and knowing myself I had better get to work. Yesterday was day 1 and it went fine, until I came home and showered and then the pain started setting in...I only really did the elliptical yesterday, but somehow, I pulled a muscle,...in my butt? Hip/butt area I guess? But thanks to that education we are paying for I got adjusted by someone else and now feel much better! Enough to want to go back and get some more! BRING IT ON!!!
I guess the purpose of blogging this experience is to have someone/thing to be accountable to.
Plus, if I see anyone in the near or 6 month future, maybe I can WOW ya? I know, my hopes are high, but right now thats what I've got!
