WOW. It can't be! I'm pretty sure December just started and here we are scrambling to get all the shopping done, goodies made, decorations in place, etc.
I didn't do Christmas cards last year. And I vowed to do them this year. I know, you still haven't received yours yet. I am doing my best. But this year my best still isn't enough to get those cards out. I was thinking I would send a New Years card. But the thought of me not hanging on your wall for a whole month really bums me out. ;)
Maybe I will get around to it for Valentines? Maybe a nice Easter card? No one ever sends cards those times of the year. Maybe I will finally be the trendsetter? Don't hold your breath though, just in case :)
I haven't posted for almost a month. I haven't posted pictures in...FOREVER. So I am going to try to get some pics at Christmas and put them up for all of you.
I have kinda been in a blog fog. Not really anything to report here. Unless you want to hear about the hours I spend on homework, cooking, cleaning, and laundry. Yeah, I didn't think it was much different than your life, so thats that.
The kids are doing fine. The Dr. is finally OFFICIAL!!! yay! He is seeing patients now. double yay!
Today was a 2 hour late start for the kids. For what? Oh, we got a skiff of snow. probably not enough to make a foot print in. But they started 2 hours late.
In Iowa, they don't start late or cancel unless they get the mother of all storms, a crap load of snow, and then freezing rain on top. But here, the clouds sneeze and BAM, we get to sleep in for 2 hours!
This week, its beginning to feel a lot like Christmas. We have our Ward party tonight, Tithing settlement later this week, the office party, and the family party this weekend. I tell ya, I haven't made this much food in one week since last year! Plus, this year we will be spending the holidays with our families, so its going to be extra great! Happy Holidays to you and yours! I can't wait to read all about it on all the other blogs I stalk!

We haven't seen you guys forever. I am glad you are enjoying all that Christmas will be this year and gearing up for lots of fun with your family. Maybe we can get together over the Christmas break with the kids or something and catch up. Take care and Merry Christmas!

I keep going to the mailbox every day looking for a card from you, and leave disappointed LOL (I packed up all my card-making stuff, so no cards from me either!)
We had a couple of snow days here...quite a snow, some freezing rain, and bitter cold temps to top it off - don't you just miss Iowa?!
