One of my friends told me they had seen this on the food network channel. Since K LOVES eggs with his pancakes, I decided to try this whole new (to us) version of 'Egg in a hole'.

Happy Birthday Boyscout!
So a couple of weeks ago, I had a surprise birthday party for K at Outback. He had no idea. It was great! All of our friends came to wish him a happy birthday. I even went all out and got him a cake, with Indiana Jones on it! Then we went to see Indiana Jones and was a little disappointed, but all in all I think he had a great night. The point of celebrating early is because his birthday always falls right during finals. SO, we celebrated early and then today we celebrated it a day late.
